Shipping
Our default shipping service is the US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Due to our busy schedule we strive to process orders as quickly as possible. If you have a need for expedited shipping please include message in notes. During the holidays and when we present new merchandise via social media our order processing time may increase. Team Never Quit charges sales tax for orders shipped to Texas. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
Returns/Exchanges
1. Unfortunately at this time we are unable to accept any returns.
2. For exchanges of T-shirt sizes only – include a copy of your packing slip & specify reason for return/exchange on invoice, along with any changes in shipping address.
3. We do not refund shipping costs on exchanges unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs, please contact us ASAP. Otherwise, please include a personal check for $5.00/item addressed to Team Never Quit. Pack your item(s) in shipping box or envelope and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
